Unit 6 Culminating Activity: Viking Settlements

Instead of writing about their new Viking settlement, we made trioramas instead! First, we "created" it using the app on Amplify (Day 5 directions in the guide). I had the kids write what we need in their journals, then to check to make sure they had everything we used the app simulation.

After making their backgrounds, they made objects to stand up and pop out.

They had to check back with their writing to be sure they included all things needed for a Viking Settlement!
