Unit 2 Animal Research Box Project

Our unit 2 project is done, and WOW they are amazing!!

I used a @superteacher_worksheets animal research packet (4 pages) to guide their research. We were flying through some of the lessons so we had some extra pockets of time to complete this. Plus, they were super engaged during those lessons knowing they would get time to research. They were very excited about this project!

We used Epic, classroom books, library books, articles, and Google (Kiddle is blocked here).

With the information from their research packets, they wrote a paragraph exceeding the ckla requirements of a topic sentence, 3 supporting details, and a concluding sentence.

Some were able to record themselves reading it on Class Dojo for parents to see.

They also created a box at home, which we displayed at conferences!
