Unit 3 Culminating Activity

Along with the life size human body, I had my kids complete a poster based on Dr. Wellbody's advice for how to have a clean bill of health. I gave them criteria and told them the 4th and 5th grader would be voting on the best poster, since they learned this same unit in 3rd grade. This was SUPER motivating to them!

Here are the criteria I set:

*Create a poster to teach others how to keep their bodies healthy.

*Include at least 3 ways to keep your body healthy.

*Use vocabulary from the text. (brain, exercise, healthy, muscles, etc.)

*Include drawings

*Use a variety of color

*Use great handwriting

I created a simple Google Form for the older kids to complete. It included this criteria and they were serious about checking back to it! Here is the winner with her prize from me!
